1. Services
Saint Services provides web design, web development, and related digital services as described on our website and in individual project proposals. The scope, timeline, and price of each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
2. Payment
Payment terms are agreed per project. The standard structure is 50% upfront before work begins and 50% upon delivery. For larger projects, a 3-part payment schedule may be arranged. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may result in project delays.
3. Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the included scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables including all custom design and code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any third-party assets (such as photos, logos, or copy) required for the project. Delays caused by late provision of materials may affect delivery timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Saint Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
